Nollywood actress Shaffy Bello has serenaded her colleague, brother and friend, Richard Mofe-Damijo RMD as he becomes the latest sexagenarian of the century, a stage he said his parents never attained.
Clocking 60 is a very special one for Richard Mofe-Damijo, popularly known as RMD and for him, life is just about to get started. According to him, there’s been a spectre of death around his life and he’s been dealing with that since he turned 59.
Taking to her Instagram page, Shaffy Bello shared images of the actor and then a video of them on set, declaring him a national treasure. “Is there anyone who doesn’t know who RMD is? Nigerians have watched you for decades on their screens, Thinking and saying “chaiiii this man foine oooo” Then they moved past that and say “what a man” distinguished, relentless, highly favored, classic to the core and a come back of a lifetime!
You are indeed a A NATIONAL TREASURE”, she wrote.
